i'm finally getting the ball rolling on my quiet book...well attempting. we'll see how bad it turns out soon enough :-)
i've been doing alot of online searching for pics of finished ones for ideas. i love that some were made with cute fabric. thats the way i'm going. this is what i've picked thus far....and hopefully i can control myself when i see more cute fabric on sale. but probably not. i love cute fabric...even when/if it just sits in a box.
on a much more exciting note ♫we bought a dishwasher for the first time in our married life!!! oh we're so excited! we installed it and kept staring at it, opening & closing the door, playing with the racks inside, and all the pretty buttons on top! we're in heaven!

your old one was broken?! How did you LIIIVE? I'd be happy too if I got a new dishwasher. And online is where I found all the ideas for my quiet book! It gets out of hand pretty fast, so beware! I don't even want to know the total $$ spent on mine or the hours I ended up putting into it. But its totally cute. and I loved doing every page so worth it in my book! (no pun intended!!) :D
Way cute fabric! What sort of things do you do for your quiet book, would your friend mind sharing her link? Not that I'm crafty enough to do it, but you never know~
And congrats on the dishwasher. I think it's best in a marriage if the dishwasher isn't a person.

Cute fabric friend. I can't wait to see how it turns out. You have really good taste. I understand about the new dishwasher. We have been there done that. Yay for clean dishes that you don't have to wash by hand.
