I interviewed at autozone with the manager Nathan last tuesday (august 7th) to be a delivery girl. He said if I get hired on, he'd call me within a week. If I didn't hear from him, just know the job went to someone else. Well today is a week exactly. And I was pretty sure I didn't get the job. Boy was I wrong. I get a voice mail from Nathan today and he says "hey it's Nathan from autozone, I need to talk to about being hired on". WOOHOOOOOO! I called him back, and sure enough I'm hired on. In two weeks I'm an official autozoner! But get this....I'm not a delivery girl, I'll be a parts service manager (me?...mananger?...uh...) Watch out...The new manager is in town! Bran said, oh good, now we'll have our own little Larsen grease-monkey.
I went to training today (8-16-07) and it was alot of fun. I'm getting more and more excited about this...but also more and more nervous.
